Removed Wheels And Inspected Brake Pads/ Shoes, Brake Rotors/ Drums, Brake Hydraulic System, Brake Vacuum System, Brake Electrical System And Brake Mechanical System. Scanned The Anti-Lock Brake System Control Module For Diagnostic Trouble Codes (As Applicable). Specifications and Measurements Are As Follows: Anti-Lock Brake Control Module Codes Present (If Applicable):None Front Pads Spec (3mm), Actual Left (7mm) Right (7mm) Front Rotors Spec (.827), Actual Left (0.876) Right (0.852)- excessive run out maximum is .0030, measurement is .0036 Rear Pads Spec (3mm), Actual Left (6mm) Right (6mm) Rear Rotors Spec (.331), Actual Left (.407) Right (.407) Recommendations: Recommend replacing front pads with rotors due to run out, Recommend brake fluid service due to mileage,
- Performed a visual Inspection and prepared an estimate for parts and labor.
- Removed front wheels. Removed brake calipers. Cleaned calipers and mounting hardware. Removed and replaced front brake pads with front brake rotors. Reinstalled brake calipers and wheels. Torqued front wheels to specifications (80 Ft-Lbs). Road Tested Vehicle. No further problem found
