- Diagnostic Steps; Step 1. Checked windshield washer operation. Verified customers complaint. Step 2. Checked washer pump operation. Pump is operating as designed. Step 3. Upon further inspection found the tubing is broken at the left rear of the hood. Correction – Repaired tubing and rechecked operation. No further problem found.
- Removed and replaced both front wiper blades due to worn condition.
