    • (Continued from above) The tank may be leaking. Check and advise Diagnostic Steps; Step 1. Started the vehicle. The check engine light is not currently on. Step 2. Scanned for diagnostic trouble codes. There are no codes present. Step 3. Racked and raised the vehicle to visually inspect the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank. Found there are signs of major DEF fluid leakage. Step 4. Correction – Recommend removal of DEF tank to further isolate the source of the leakage.
    • Performed a visual Inspection and prepared an estimate for parts and labor.
    • Removed tank to inspect for the source of the leak. Found the DEF Injector pump assembly is leaking.
