    • Diagnostic Steps; Step 1. Inspected under hood and found coolant leaking past radiator cap due to damaged seal. Step 2. Performed cooling system pressure test and found upper radiator hose leaking at cap adapter connector causing engine to lose coolant and overheat. Step 3. Using 5 gas analyzer checked for hydrocarbons in cooling system from damaged head gasket, no hydrocarbons were found indicating engine is ok. Correction – Recommend replacing upper and lower radiator hoses and replace thermostat. [ Upper hose comes with new cap]
    • Performed a visual Inspection and prepared an estimate for parts and labor.
    • Removed and replaced upper and lower radiator hoses with thermostat, filled cooling system and road tested vehicle no further problem found.
