Also performed a brake system Inspection. Racked and raised the vehicle. Removed wheels and inspected brake pads/ shoes, brake rotors/ drums, brake hydraulic system, brake vacuum system, brake electrical system and brake mechanical system. Specifications and measurements, are as follows: Front Pads Minimum Specifications (1.5mm): Actual Left (5mm), Right (5mm) Front Rotors Minimum Specifications (25.9mm): Actual Left (27.2mm), Right (27.2mm) Rear Pads Minimum Specifications (1.5mm): Actual Left (5mm), Right (5mm) Rear Rotors Minimum Specifications (8.9mm): Actual Left (10.8mm), Right (10.8mm) Stopping Distance From An Initial Speed Of 20 MPH: 10 feet Tire Inspection (32nds): Left Front (11), Right Front (11), Right Rear (11), Left Rear (11), Spare (6) Performed an on-board diagnostic system check (2000 & newer vehicles) and vehicle safety recall check using the BAR-Safety Inspection System. Results: Failed due to chipped windshield.
